You don't really need a ton of deca to get good results either, it can be kept quite low and still get quality results, test on the other hand, not so much.

How would you judge when a good time to start your first cycle?

I'm 23 and 6'1" have plenty experience lifting, albeit currently building back up after a long layoff.

Right now I'm 180 @ 12.5% bf, and by the end of the year I should be about the same weight at 9-10% bf. Does this sound like a good time to start a test-e cycle with an adrol kickstarter?

I was originally gonna wait until I was 190, but I'd also be fatter by then and I wanna slay hella poon before I graduate.
