What accessories should I use as T3?
I train at a crossift gym (inb4 crossshit) so I don't have access to machines, but we have barbells, dumbells, bars, rings and kettlebells.

If you read the book like you should have it lists many different combinations for layouts and accessories

The book just says "Lat Work" and "Abs".
Later on the author lists some exercises but does not specify any specific sets/reps scheme.

some type of hamstring exercise, only thing that comes to mind that you can do with just a barbell is RDLs, but it's not an ideal substitution
do them light and higher rep and really focus on good form and it would probably work, cut the sets down to 3 if it's too fatiguing
