So I weighed myself today and realized I've lost 151 lbs.
Instead of thinking of that as an accomplishment, all I think is "Damn, I was fat as hell.". I can use regular clothes as night shirts now.

I used to be 350lbs and found it easiest to just plan out exactly what I was going to eat in advance and then not even think about anything else. If you space the meals evenly you can just think about your next meal, chew some sugar free gum, and drink water and black coffee. If you live by yourself it's even easier, just don't buy shit food, just buy things like eggs and chicken.

It's because you'd have 4500 calories worth of heavy food sitting inside you digesting still. It's not a food that's going to go in and out like vegetables. Lasagna is full of carbs and salt, which both make you retain water on top of that, man. It's not that hard to understand.

Stretch marks aren't that bad. Women aren't going to care anywhere near as much as you. I think they do have surgery for making them lighter if it bothers you that much, though.

It annoys me that in some places, gastric bypass or bariatric surgery is paid with tax dollars, yet a person who actually put in the work to change their self and could show they learned to control and get over those habits doesn't instead. Now, I'm not saying everything should be paid for, but even just a part would be nice because it's ultimately still their issue.

It's ridiculous that insurance doesn't cover it more than anything when it is a health risk and overall makes people feel uncomfortable both physically and mentally, though.

The thing that surprised me the most was that my favourite pair of shorts that I used to wear extremely frequently and even has a waistband and a string to tie around it doesn't fit anymore and keeps falling down. Made me happy and sad at the same time. Anyways I'm at 195lbs now. Felt good to share this with at least someone because I've kept it to myself and don't really have anyone I can tell. People all think I'm buff and assume I work out a lot but I'm just fat really.

I don't know if I'm going to be able to eat at this reduced diet for the rest of my life but I hope I can.

Just do the shit from NerdFitness at home. The starting strength exercises takes like 15 minutes 3 times a week. Do that for a month or so while watching your calories, and enough weight falls off that you will be excited for the gym because you want to take it to the next level.

10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
15 second plank.
30 jumping Jacks.
Repeat for 3 rounds.

If you can't do it 3 times at first that's fine. My first week I just did it once, second week I did 2 rounds, and so on.

Had ~3000 calories worth of pizza and cheesy bread last night, so I'm fasting for at least 24 hrs. Not sure if I will up it to 48 because I wanted my avg. daily intake to be ~1500 this week and I had ~4500 yesterday including my normal meals.

And I went as hard as I could for 30 mins my fatass belly shaking everywhere and shit, later I increased it to an hour (on a high intensity setting). No one really cares what you do at the gym desu, until you start making it. I'm down to about 268 pounds now, still fat as fuck but I've had people come up and tell me they're impressed by my stamina and weight loss. Just try for 15 minutes, it won't hurt you.

I realized that back in undergrad when I lost weight the first time I was basically doing IF with cardio. Getting back on that shit, but I'm thinking 20/4. I do remember that after a while it was just hard to eat as much as I did when I was fatter, plus the fact that you can resist eating for x hours means that if it came to it resisting for longer is entirely possible.

Okay so. I'm a girl, I was 103kg, now I'm on a diet and I lost 20kg, 35kg more to go, but I can't help it but to cry about how I will never actually look good.
