Gf was 5'5" 120lbs when we met. Over the years she got up to 145, and not in a good way (all stomach and face).

I tried everything - getting her to lift with me, encouraging her to eat better and avoid dessert. My fiance gained about 10kg over the span of last year, but she's started going to the gym with me in the evenings now. She's been a gym member for a while, I think it was a matter of getting the right program.

Important thing is the food. I do all of our cooking so I make sure we're both getting the calories we need. She probably still snacks at work though, otherwise she'd have probably lost more weight by now. But any progress is encouraging so don't focus on the negatives.

Guys I need help.

My girlfriend of 2 years is slowly amassing large amount of weight.

All she does is go to work,eat, take naps, and then repeat. Her diet consists of bread, chocolate nesquik, and any other starchy Bullshit.

Her mother never really was home to cook for her so growing up this was a staple. I tell her how bad it is but she gets angry and complains that She's fine and she grew up eating this. Currently happening to me. I basically told her that if she wants the relationship to continue, she needs to lose weight and take her health more seriously.
Progress is... slow. She is at least consistently counting her calories and doesn't go over her fairly generous limit. It's going to take a very long time at the pace she's going however.

Ive been doing the opposite here. I'm trying to get my boyfriend bigger. Not fat, but for him to put on weight and muscle.

I cook for him all the time, and do most of the shopping. Ive been doing meal preps for him, adding extra flavorless protein powder where I can. On top of just giving him more protein in general.

And I've been having him to very strenuous positions during sex. Like glute bridges with me on top, or lifting me without using the wall for support.

I'm fairly in shape. 5'5" and 138. Been lifting regularly since 2014. Lost my muffin top and put on some muscle. Got motivated to see how far I could go. He was about 129 when I met him. A few inches taller than me. Very good with computers and can deal with my sperginess. He has always supported me lifting. But since he has always been small it has been an issue for him. I'll look into a home gym, but space in the current apartment is limited, and I can't do deadlifts on the second floor.

We met when we were both /fit/. She got lazy and began gaining weight, I didn't. It eventually got to the point that I noticed her trying to cook me shit food a lot. At that point, I began turning away the food that she was "cooking me" and started making my own dinner. I would do this even if she cooked dinner because I could tell that she was purposely trying to fatten me up. I never called her out on it, but she could see that I wasn't going to give in. In addition to this, I would always suggest doing physical things when she would ask what I wanted to go do (5k running events, gym, beach, bike riding, etc.) Eventually after a few months of her trying to keep up with me, she's started hitting the gym again and eats what I cook for dinner now. I NEVER once mentioned it to her, she had to make that decision on her own. I'm glad she did and I'm glad she never actually decided to talk to me about it, or else I would've had to tell her the truth (that I didn't like the extra weight she put on.)

Well, that's the thing. Our sex life got a little stale when she began gaining more weight. I still liked her personality, but physically, nah. Now, I'm more willing to please her a little more than usual since she's lost all that weight if you know what I mean. My wife and I have both been having trouble with weight-loss due to our alcoholism, she even managed to stay off alcohol for the entirety of her pregnancy and for 8 months afterwards but I dragged her back into it, I blame myself for all the problems we've been having but we're finally clean again and I hope to never fall down that hole again.
We've both even managed to drop around 15 pounds by now so things are looking up.
