Nah, the state does. While they blow off the majority of appointments, just expect you do continue approving their refills after googling forum answers and doing what they want with them instead of what was prescribed.

Real money being spent is to the pharmacy. They cover far more costs with 1,000USD+ monthly insulin and about two or three other maintenance meds.

It'd be nice if pharmacies could contact clinics again to let them know their patient isn't taking meds as prescribed, but they're too busy being ran like a fast food store these days.

Male/female is a much more objective way of declaring the gender of something. Male programmer sounds better than "boy programmer" or "man programmer", and it puts emphasis on the subject's gender. Same with describing someone as a female doctor and not girl doctor or woman doctor.

It's just a thought. My native language is super gender-oriented with nouns and adjectives having gendered articles and endings. People switch from boy/girl to man/woman at the age of 18 and are refered to by others likewise.
Words shape our outlook on things. How we think and regard people and situations. This is acknowledged by everyday folk and sjws. Sjws raise a stink over using words like normal for the majority or spokesman/woman instead of spokesperson. They believe that the use of "normal" makes people think that those who aren't part of the established norm are freaks, and that non-inclusive gendered words make people think that they can't be xyz thing because it's someone else's field.
