did anyone else crack? I've been struggling to actually dedicate myself to a proper cut for about a year now. the last 4 weeks I haven't binged or broken my diet once. I've failed so many cuts now I've lost track.

Why do you have a pizza and an ice cream at home ? Will is unreliable for these kind of things at first. Don't tire it. If you are fucking hungry at 10pm and only have carrots ,celery and lettuce in your fridge, then you'll binge on 400kcal of carrots, not 2000kcal of pizza. Black list every pizza joint or don't keep cash laying around , I dunno.

Assuming you go to panda express, I will get a 2 entree plate and ask them to give me a fuckton of teriyaki chicken no sauce and a small amount of orange chicken + steamed veggies instead of rice. Not a healthy meal by any stretch, but you will still get alot of protein with minimal empty calories minus the sauce and small amount of breading on your fat faggot chicken. Panda has a pgood nutrition calculator on their site to plan these. Gl.

Here is the key to cheating imo

You cheat with a large, filling, not VERY calorie dense meal. One that likely is below your TDEE and will very likely fill you up for the entire day.

So on your weekend cheat "day" might be

cottage cheese + some fruit ~250 calories

>lunch
Cheat Mealâ„¢ ~1500-2000 calories lol who knows

too full for an actual meal, maybe some more cottage cheese if anything at all

My go to is mexican food from a taco shop. Just a shitload of meat, beans, rice, and tortillas.

Chinese food alternatively is more calorie dense and less filling.

6'4 sitting at 215lbs right now. Gym weight is around 205lbs. I'm bloated as fuck and have been binge eating the past 2 days.

Baking would lower the fat, not the carbs.

Also the problem with chicken like this is if you don't fry it first, then the breading doesn't stick or taste any good just in the oven. If the pieces are thicker you fry, then throw it in the oven.

I was at 285 back in 2015. I went to a relative's house and took a shower there. They have a full-body mirror and I had to stare at myself, all of myself, when I got in and out of the shower.

I was legitimately one of the most disgusting things I had ever seen in my life. I wanted to throw up, looking at myself. I decided then and there that I wasn't going to be like this for the rest of my life.

I let myself get that way from years of NEETing and just eating whatever was given to me. If you live a sedentary life you absolutely cannot do this, you will wreck your health without even trying and gain a ton of weight.

I've made major strides since then and am around 210 now, but the enemy is still junk food. It's everywhere. It's a desperate struggle to stay away from it.
If I could just buy all my own food, I think I'd be at my target weight, now. But you just have to keep fighting, keep resisting the call of being a fatass.

If you can do more than 10-15 reps for more than 3-4 sets then the weight/ resistance isn't enough. If you are dead after 3 sets of ten pushups then pushups is good enough but you are strong enough to do well over that so you must either ad weight or do a more demanding form of each of those work outs.

I'd rather see you get into some general weight lifting rather than cardio even. Even if just 3x per week. It will be more efficient than the cardio. You lose fat through diet. The weight lifting is great for general health and looking better when you get thinner.

Odd question for you all, /fit/ but here's the situation I find myself in.

I don't ship out for basic training until October 21st now, due to slots being tight for my MOS. (I'll need to talk to FastingAnon about this) but I can still run the contest and tournament until that point and keep everything nice and orderly for the duration. That in mind, I have some specific goals I want to achieve personally before I ship out. This includes being able to breeze through all the personal fitness test far ahead of time, hit my goal and make sure I'm staying accountable to my diet and workout routines.

Would anyone here be interested in either...
1) reading a personal daily journal for those 120 days (starting tomorrow) and providing insight or criticism.
2) signing up to be a /fat/ 'weight loss and accountability' buddy and we'll both check in daily, be a pain in each other's ass and sort of establish the standards we're looking for then hold each other to it?

Get back to me on this idea, might be fun either way and a possible program we can implement through the thread.

Do bodyweight exercises. Push-ups and Pull-ups/Chin-ups are literally the best work-outs you can do for weight loss. Even Scooby agrees with me.
