I got smarter but my shoulder will get slightly tender after lifting for a while and I'll have to take a break from benching.

When I started my bench went from 3 plates for 1 to 3 plates for 5*5 in a few weeks.
I was benching heavy 3 times per week. But when I felt it I backed off, deloaded for a week or so.
Then with most things like that I would warm up after the time of and only do stuff that does not hurt, if it hurts take more time off. do some other exercise or something.

Even now I have to do that sometimes. My shoulder are indestructable, I don't know why, but I feel my elbows everytime I overdo it.
But they are gtg in a week normally.
I try to deload sooner but that shit is hard to time right.
