I work counter at mcdonalds and I was taking orders for this woman. She's fat as fuck and her son was there. He couldn't be any older than 8 and looked to weigh around 200 pounds. It made me genuinely angry that someone would let this happen to a fucking child and I felt sickened that I was helping to enable this behaviour by taking threir order. It's one thing to let yourself be a fat fuck but when you feed a kid so much that they can't even run, youre either too ignorant to be a parent or a piece of shit that just shouldn't be allowed to have kids.

I know this lady in my poorfag apartment complex. She's skinny af and probably a meth addict. But her daughter. HOLY SHIT she is fucking fat as shit, and getting fatter. She must have been at least 200 pounds the last time I saw her. And every single time I've seen her she has a double gulp or a large slurpee. For fucks sake overfeeding your pets is considered animal abuse (I think) so why isn't overfeeding your kids considered child abuse?

You have to make yourself realize that eating the way you are isn't healthy.

If you can look down at a place of burgers and fries and think to yourself that "Hey, this really isn't the best for me, what about I just eat half and eat something better instead" or just not eat a burger at all.

The best way to turn yourself away from shit food/portions is the way you view it. Food is fuel, it's not an indulgence or a treat. What you put into it matters. Think long term of what that kind of food does to you. Look at people who suffer from obesity related illnesses because of a unhealthy relationship with how they eat. Research what is a good way to eat, what is healthy, what has the best fiber/nutrient content. Learn to cook etc

You can diet for a month or half a year but if you can't change your long term mentality and the way you view food you will most likely relapse into bad habits.

The problem is that I have always been thin but in the last two years I've turned into a proper, lift taking, burger eating, big assed fattie who can't go up the stairs without getting winded.
I have around 180 pounds on me.(Difference between current weight and my "normal" weight. But I fear that my new fat self is the normal.)
