No. Your ribs have a significant chance of breaking at 3 kN of force, and a trained boxer has an average 5 kN force generation in their punch. Considering the sternum is more rigid and has a greater surface area and volume than a few ribs, you'd be lucky to just break the sternum. Youd have no chance of even breaking through the spine, especially not with an intact hand since it just got rammed through splintering ribs
