DNP works fine, literally the safest weight loss drug out there as long as you stay under the deadly dose of over 1000mg. People who died abused it because they wanted to lose weight faster, 500 mg is already 1-2 lbs a day which is better and faster than anyone else.

500 mg is fine but only if you're used to 250 mg and slowly ramped up with 250 over a few days first.

Yes, this is my life now. My roommates keep turning the AC down past 75 I'm literally dying. At work is worse, they keep it at 68 there. I keep a blanket under my desk now, along with a pair of mittens and wool socks. This is North Carolina, I shouldn't even have to have mittens and wool socks at all, but my fingernails and lips turn purple otherwise.

I HATE being cold. I have to take hot showers sometimes just to get warm.

Yeah I've been having the same issue lately. I started with my limit at 2,000 and dropped down to 1,800 after 2 months of steady weight loss. Then a few weeks ago I just wasn't that hungry and started eating around 1,000-1,200 on average and felt great.

Now the last few day I started feeling more hungry and eating around 1,500 calories and feel like a piece of shit. Also I'm not losing nearly as fast and it feels bad.

Been stuck at the same weight now for 4 days. What should I do?
Saw a post in the previous thread where a guy to laxatives to help but not sure if I could bring myself to do that and don't even know if it would really work.
Stalling is a real downside to daily weight checks, really puts me off from trying because there aren't any visible results. (Don't worry though, I won't give up yet!)

Well, I've gone to ECCC for 14 straight years and it's a little difficult to get around sometimes and see cool stuff because of the sheer size. However, there is a CON in Tacoma in October that is too small to be exciting. So, if RCCC is how ECCC was say7-8 years ago, that would be great. I'm thinking the only hurdle will be if there is a Seahawks game that we'd have to miss, but I haven't checked any schedules yet.

Also, to keep it fitness related, I'm finally discovering all of the hiking trails around here. I don't have a huge love of the outdoors, but I like the exercise and variety and looking at all of the fit ladies on the trails.

How much do you work out? If you sweat a lot you need to make up for that in water intake. Is your pee crystal clear? If not you need to up your intake. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? The higher those numbers are the more water you need to take in. I'm a 5'0 female and I drink at least 3L a day. I can guarantee you need to drink more than me. I don't see the harm in trying it for a few days. If it doesn't work it doesn't work. No harm in drinking more water.

I'd say try drinking an extra liter of water a day for a few days and see where it gets you. Past that, try implementing more exercise. Even just walking more helps. Try to get at least 10k steps per day, it'll make a difference

I naturally have no hunger in the morning unless I eat, then I start getting hungry. So I don't eat. But to cut hunger I eat something spicy (even just a taste of hot sauce or cayenne can do the trick), drink something really cold like ice water or iced unsweetened tea or iced black coffee, chew some gum, or have a tiny bit of fat which satiates your hunger. I've had a spoonful of coconut oil or olive oil before which works to kill hunger for a few hours.

I've always wondered how that works.

I know that going high protein while on a deficit reduces the amount of muscle you lose, I think I've read it's normally 70/30 fat/muscle but you can get it down to roughly 85/15 fat/muscle with super high protein intake. You are still losing muscle if you are on a calorie deficit regardless though.

I have a George Foremen grill and that thing is fucking amazing. I prep my chicken and veggies on Sunday, but I don't cook them. I started last April but things didn't go as planned. I had some time off so I tried a <1000cal diet, it did not work. I then tried no meat, no carbs, tried just juice, tried just in the morning. I lost about 30lb but couldn't stick to a plan. And I have a boyfriend who is also trying to lose weight with me, but also not really in it so he would break and get something we shouldn't be eating and I would eat it too.

Anyway, in January I was 190lb and I decided no gimmick diets, just plain cutting. We set calorie goals and we stuck to them.

I have several go to dishes I make, chicken and rice, veggi curry and flatbread, mexican shredded chicken and tortillas, ground chicken over salad. I always have some vegetable with it for bulk, usually green bell pepper, broccoli or cauliflower. We stopped eating out (which is probably the most important thing) and if we want a treat we might go to subway.

My boyfriend has a major sweet tooth so we allow ourselves treats like cookies, but we log everything and if we don't have the calories for it we don't get it. I feel very happy and don't feel like I am depriving myself. Really it is more of a life style change (ie eating home cooked meals, not eating to excess, keeping track of calories)
