Not that I am looking to eat more food but I think I might be doing too much cardio and cutting too hard.

I walk a lot for my job (and I mean a lot). Easy 20k steps a day, relatively brisk pace. I tested doing 20k steps on a new fancy treadmill, it claimed around 600kcal burned. So I thought that was too high, checked out a calculator online and it said 590kcal burned.

I've lost 20kg in 6 weeks and legit feel dizzy all the time.

Also just checked and it says I can take up to 600mg of caffeine a day, I'm way below that with a few cups of coffee and a Monster.

I've been running more and my appetite goes absolutely nuts. On days I do roughly 6 miles in 60 minutes I end up eating 4k kcal and STILL want more. The only reason I stop eating there is because I stick to food that isn't calorie dense and I end up painfully full. On days I don't run I have little issue keeping between 2000-2100kcal.

I always thought cardio would be a net positive for weight loss, but it seems like I've hit a point where the increased appetite actually outpaces the calorie burn.

Around 1000 calorie deficit. I had so much body fat on me then that an aggressive deficit wasn't going to impact any muscle I had built from the weight lifting. Which is another thing, lifting heavy not only helped me preserve muscle during my weight loss but it completely changed the way I looked afterwards. I'm so grateful for weight lifting because it allowed me to recomposition my body is a positive way and not let me be a bag of skin after dropping almost 200lbs. I can't stress it enough to everyone to please lift weights you will be thankful when you look in the mirror when you reach your weight loss goals.

Sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, straight leg raises, toe taps, planks, tricep dips, ab bikes, squats, jump squats, burpees, mountain climbers, step-ups, knee-ups, stationary lunges, walking lunges, skipping, commandos, etc. I have a thick yoga mat and small weights and I use them as necessary. I do HIIT at home and LISS at the gym.
