I had the same "problem", fat accumulated on my legs, I'll give you my side of the story.

My problem wasn't hormonal, I did the blood work, it was all fine, it's not the estrogen if you are worrying about that, it' "just genetics".
Start cutting and cut until you are so lean you can see deep striations in your legs.
Do lots of aerobic activity, running, cycling, swimming, rowing, you could also stop lifting until you cut down, but you don't have to. It's just easier to control your appetite when you don't lift.
Of course, the point is to lose fat and also lose some muscle in legs, hence the aerobic shit.
It shouldn't take long if you are under 20% bf, around september you could be good.
Once you are looking like a marathon runner or a cyclist start lifitng and watch your diet.

Lads why am I so fucked up. I think im actually insane, not the batshit, stabbing people in their sleep, raping and going on shooting sprees insane, but insane in the sense that im so unlike other people.

Im not highly intelligent, my IQ was tested to be "above average" but I dont give a shit about that, I dont feel smart, I feel like an asshole. For some reason I overanalyse everything including myself, when I feel a certain way I pick it apart and dissect it in my mind, for example when I feel a flutter of anxiety for an exam or test I mentally "cut" it apart and expand it, making it become a huge problem when it never was.

I dont value social interactions in any way shape or form. I think I "love" my parents but maybe thats only because ive spent so much time with them, my grandma died a few weeks back and I felt nothing, no sadness, no tears, no emotions but obviously pretended I did.

I wear a mask for every conversation, Ive gotten so good at it that ive made friends using my persona, ive had girlfriends and guys that have honestly told me im their best friend, but its all a lie. Inside i just want them to go away, I want to be alone, my real personality is so vitriolic and poisonous that ive hidden it extremely deep within myself. This will probably sound like coping or excuses, but ive never had a problem with my "real" self existing. I'd much rather it didnt, ive accepted its a part of me.

At this point I know that seeing a psychiatrist would not help, I dont think I will ever tell another real person (as in, they see me in person) specialist or not about my real thoughts, I dont think its possible that id ever tell anyone.

I went to see a psychiatrist when my outward personality was much shyer (my thinking was if I didnt interact with anyone, they wouldnt find my toxic behaviour) in highschool and everything was just lies, and she genuinely helped my outward personality become more outgoing while my core being never changed.

Im just afraid that this condition may get passed on to my kids, there havent been any cases of mental illness in my family (apart from very rare cases of dementia) so im alone in that regard, but even if they do turn out like me, id hope ill be prepared enough to teach them how to overcome it.

Im not "swallowing" my problem, its an internal and fixed part of me, this venting is only because im interested to see who else is like this and also because of exam season, where I always think way more than I need to (wow more exuses eh, I dont even think I believe these).
