Will I get full more easily the more I progress through my diet? Age 12-16 I used to go to a buffet 1-2 times a week and just stuff myself, and getting full was the only way I stopped eating. I ballooned up to 240 and now I'm at 225 , at age 18 through lazy dieting. Will I ever get that "full" feeling the more I diet? Will my stomach get smaller, can I get full off of 2 cups of rice and 1/2 of beans instead of twice that much?

I'm going to be eating more veggies, less fruit/salty foods and drink a gallon of water a day because I heard that helps you not feel as "hungry" I say hungry in quotes because its usually just bored eating. But I just need someone to tell me now if it doesn't get easier so I can just man up.

I have trouble feeling truly full, it's like my brain doesn't acknowledge it and at some point (but I have to really pig out for that) I just have an uneasy feeling in my upper abdomen and have trouble moving around. Assuming you're 20.
There is 3600cal in a pound roughly, and your tdee is 2458 with a sedentary activity level.
With that in 2 weeks you could lose about 9.5lb of "fat"
But that's stupid, realistically you lose about 2lb a week on a normal deficit of 500cal.
Extreme measures over 2 weeks is stupid, just focus on the long haul.

Besides eating at a deficit, why the fuck am I always tired? I take EC stack and have been for the last three weeks or so, and I've just hit a wall. By the time work ends my energy levels are done. A cream cracker
Around 30 kcals of bean sprouts, 10 or so cherry tomatoes, some courgette/zuchini, all boiled in stock and other seasoning
Two veg sausages I covered in spice and garlic before baking, 140cal for the two

So I would guess about 400kcal consumed thus far today. Might have a curry later, got some broccoli "rice" that I'm going to fry up for barely any calories and boil up the curry. Should be delicious, and only around 4-500kcal too.

I've got to say how slow things are recently is a real demotivator and I have absolutely FUCKED myself in terms of college. I owe a 10000 word essay next Friday and I've barely started it, why am I such a fucking loser holy shit. Going to make focusing on my diet much more annoying and here I am posting to my /fat/bros instead of starting my essay, fucking shit tits.

Stomachs don't shrink but yes you'll be able to be satisfied with less food. A week of hardcore IF with severely reduced portions helped me recalibrate my hunger receptors.
Don't eat for as long as you can manage, then only eat enough to suppress the hunger, not to get full. That'd probably be about half of what you eat normally. Stick to low-cal, high volume foods. That should allow you to survive until the evening when again you only eat enough to be able to fall asleep.
Force yourself to do this for one week, you should notice that
a. hunger stops being a critical condition that makes you drop everything and run for the fridge
b. you can actually function with a rumbling stomach and it's not as distracting as you always thought
c. you can be satiated with a smaller amount of food and the effect lasts longer

Also eat your fucking fruits, they're full of fiber and water and will keep you full for a negligible caloric hit (raisins and candied pineapple are not fruits fyi).

I think I have a broken rib. When I was a kid I stabbed my chest with my bike's handlebars, I remember I couldn't catch a breath for several seconds and it hurt like hell for a while, but it went away eventually and I stopped thinking about it.

Not true. genes can get damaged from lifestyle, and the mutations can cause cancer.
for breastcancer you need mutations on both sides of some gene, and the inheritable breast cancer usually only damages one gene, while it is common for the other do get affected by crappy diet/smoking/whatever, and that leads to cancer. If you have normal genes from the start you need to get both damaged. Simplistically speaking.

Hey, started dieting about a month ago- Started out at 198 (I'm 5'6"), and lost about 6 pounds in a week of extra bloat and water weight. I hold lots of bloat and just extra shit in my stomach, which sucks, because you can want a big ass and a nice chest but when you have a big belly, it puts it all to shame. After that week, I was stuck, always 192-189 for week or so, but I recently am down to 186. I find fasting does the best, knowing that my family eats nothing but shit, and if I just don't eat it'll be okay. I am also wanting to incorporate exercise. Anyone have a plan to get one of those "softball girl" bodies? I'm totally new to anything but cardio.
