Unless you're massive you're not losing 3 pounds in a week, but regardless, any weight loss means that you're burning through your stores of glycogen which means you're in a deficit. So just keep doing that and you'll be set, even if progress slows don't get discouraged. What you do diet wise normally isn't reflect for 2 weeks minimum. Your body fills the empty fat space with water before finally eliminating it.

I literally just ate rolled oats with almond milk and cinnamon and a tuna sandwich for breakfast, a salad of cheese, spinach, rocket, onions, almonds, mushrooms and egg for lunch and a protein shake for dinner

it might be different for you but i found that keeping my leptin levels balanced by binging out on carbs a day per fortnight reduced the urges for junk food

Don't worry mate, you're young and your skin is still fine. It'll look fine. I dropped my weight super fast and didn't really have any. I did most of it by swimming, however, and I remember reading something about swimming being generally good if you don't want to have loose skin, but I don't know how much truth there is to that.

Just decide that enough is enough. When I went from lardass to normal, I basically did it for a girl. She rejected me midway though, but at that point I just thought fuck it, I came this far anyway, might as well finish it.
Nowadays I just do it to keep myself in check. When I slimmed down, I threw away fatass clothes. I am somewhat of a poorfag and I don't really buy clothes unless I really need them, so whenever I gained back enough weight that something stopped fitting me, I started being less fat again.

Today when I got my new ID badge for work I compared it to my drivers licenses and it made me cry. I didn't even realize I gained this much weight. I had to cut out a lot of food groups for the radiation pills. Couldn't eat any milk, chocolate and a laundry list of other things. So I just ate potatoes, water, chicken, and veggies. Thats how I think I am losing the weight. I decided to keep with that diet since I feel much fuller and such. I am still actively craving whole wheat grains, which feels like a losing battle.


I was just wondering if anyone else had thyroid cancer. I guess not.
