Take a nap some time before you train, then do your warmups and see how it feels. Ime it doesn't matter that much how you feel, unless you've slept bad for several days in a row. If your last warmup sets feels too hard skip the 5RM attempt otherwise go for it.

OHP I'm only pushing 25kg but my arms just go to jelly by the third set onward.

i am still a noob, been running beginner routine for like 6-7 months, but literally been at the same weight on bench and deadlift for ages and ohp barely progressing

then tried again almsot did, was one rep away from breaking the plateau

I have long memurs and cannot back squat for shit but I also can't use my hip flexors to "pull" my pelvis at the bottom and stay neutral/in extension.

If your goal is to powerlift competitively then you need to learn how to back squat

If you just want to get strong then program your front squats just like you would back squats. You won't get as strong as you would have your back squatting but if it keeps you injury-free and you keep putting weight on the bar then that's what has to be.

You can get really strong without doing the power lifts directly as long as you try hard and stay consistent

I have decent numbers and I only do the power lifts once a week or once every two weeks
