It was a program I wrote up in about 5 minutes for Twink Alex after he asked what he should do to get his bench up.
He made the singles modification himself iirc and it's a good idea.
Can't remember exact numbers but in about 2 months I'm pretty sure he ended up being able to do triples with his previous max or like 5lbs under.

With weights at about 75% or less, I can kind of just toss them right off my chest, but I think this also causes my shoulders to kind of come forward/shoulder blades to come apart.
