Normally it's a very effective cortisol synthesis blocker, however it's nasty side effect is that it shuts down the synthesis of all steroid hormones including test.

But since you're not producing much endogenous testosterone on a cycle (unless youre doing HCG), that shouldn't be a problem and the reduced cortisol (down 75% in some studies) could help with keeping calm and lowering anxiety?
