Evidence was things like previous posts from him on his facebook and elsewhere that were sometimes exactly the same thing "trappy" posted here.

After all this, trappy didn't post for a day or two, and will not post a timestamped picture
That's basically it, while there's always going to be some doubt that livia could have faked poor english, and then never posted anything about fitness on her social media and is having him default to taking the hit, it's highly unlikely.

I like lifting weights because it allows me to get away from work and my family for a little bit of time each day and do something primal.

If you don't enjoy the process, you're going to have a hard time convincing yourself to do it everyday.

If you just want to get stronger without actually lifting, just do steroids. I'm not joking or being sarcastic either.

No mate this isn't how it works. It's not just a case of oh my close grip is good must mean I have good triceps. The mechanics of the lift are much more complicated than that. Some argue close grip uses your chest even more than wide grip because the ROM is so much bigger, you go further down and activate the chest more.
IMO looking at a lift and saying 'oh I stall at X point, Y muscle must be weak'. Sure you can work on your weak points like board press etc but you shouldn't be judging which muscles are weak and which are strong from your lifts.

Do you have somebody giving you a hand off when you're doing Max grip? I feel like it's easier to stay tight unracking for yourself with close-grip.

You can also try to focus on strengthening your upper back. Face pulls, inverted rows, dumbbell rows, barbell rows, band pull aparts, until you can maintain a tighter back with a wider grip

I did Sheiko as an intermediate and it felt like overkill. I could progress on much simpler, more 'fun' (for me) programming like I currently am now.
Yeah even though there are Sheiko programs for different stages of training, that methodology was designed for end game lifters and world champions that Boris coached.
I mean if you enjoy that style of training and it's getting you gains by all means go ahead. But it shouldn't be your first choice as soon as you've finished SS or TM.

I would like to strongly and on ironically upvote this post, as this is my experience as well.

Sheiko is one of the best types of programs to run when you can't make progress doing much of anything else. However, despite being optimal for some lifters, it is not always an enjoyable way to train.

Most people can't handle the grind year-in and year-out doing that kind of programming.

There is no reasoning since max width is better for almost everyone. Less ROM and isn't limited by the triceps as much. Anecdotally I find wide grip easier on the shoulders but that could be that I don't have the mobility to retract them that much with a closer grip.

I've actually been doing this with snatch grip deficit deadlifts for the past month. My SGDDL has gone from 100kg at max to 150kg at max, and despite not training the movement at all, my conventional pull has gone from 200 to 220. Very pleased with it.

My back squat has also jumped from 140 to 165 which makes me think conventional deadlifting twice weekly was really holding me back.

I would say until I've added 10-20kg to my snatch grip deadlift.
Primarily reason is erector weakness; I've noticed huge improvements in mobility and strength with movements like pendlay rows and RDLs since strengthening my erectors.

I'd just like to take my SGDL up to more rounded number to carry over to my hip hinging movements.

Personally I like to do 3-5 sets bodyweight AMRAP.

I used to do weighted dips, but it started causing me issues.

For one, it was really hard to do a solid weighted dip session after heavy benching. Just a lot of fatigue to deal with,.

Secondly weighted dips caused me a lot of elbow tendinitis issues. That cleared right up once I stopped doing weighted and just went with bodyweight.
