I've recently been working on improving my cardio and mobility. I've been through couch to 5k which was a great start on cardio but where to go from there?

If it's for athletic purposes you want active mobility which is different and requires different training than passive mobility.

Week 1-2:

I don't 100% agree. I've been shilling PS, ashwagandha (which has high GCR affinity and antagonist activity, which isn't exactly the same as lowering the levels but still), and beta androstenetriol.

Grandpa had some nice posts about DHEA administration being useful, especially transdermal application. Check out those posts in the previous threads - good stuff that should be read by all who have high C.

I think I am happy to stay in cocoon mode, normal social life is a little over rated although it is pretty helpful if it's mitigating high cortisol behaviors/sides. I think it would have been useful for me to interact with people and just have more social exposure in the last 4 years or so. Although it's a chicken-egg thing with levels and sides (at least in my experience), I think the two factors that most powerfully evoked my particular phenotype were (1) episodes of chronic cannabis use and (2) social/sexual isolation combined with philosophical rabbit-hole chasing and ridiculous dietary deficiencies.

I was oblivious to (1) but now that I've been off of cannabis for a while and have experience with consciously manipulating C levels (and now have better inhibition of excess production thanks to good old vitamin T), I can really see the magnitude of the coloring it can exert on your thoughts and perceptions.

I have been thinking about projection in my thinking. I definitely think that when modeling the world so thoroughly in isolation, you can tend to project ones owns priorities onto others. Are you taking ashwagandha in the morning? If no, try that.I used to get very tired from it too though. Then I switched to some organic brand and it was great. Also you can get the ones that are standardized to the active ingredient that binds to the GCR.

Pretty great test production for how low the gonadotropins are. You might be a really good responder to HCG - keep that in mind if you want to try and get a boost but don't want to hop on the TRTrain right away.
