Stop the pre-squat bounce thing.
You are doing squat circles, look at how you come forward out of the pocket. That is a sign of either poor ankle mobility, or you have weak quads. Look into mobility work for your legs, and also do accessory work on your quads and it will sort out.
Deload and aim for lower depth to get your ass into it.
No pausing in the pocket.
Lock out at the top.

I was referring to the Norwegian frequency project, where they took 16 power lifters, split them up in two groups and put them on the same program. One group did 3 days a week, the other 6 days. They found the 6 day a week group had double the strength gains and double the muscle thickness. It was 2014, so I guess not new lol.
