Then I do leg press 8xfailure and then I do calve and glute work

I see a lot of guys with legs even smaller than mine squatting 2pl8,3pl8 in the gym though for 3 reps with like barely past parrel range of motion


My thinking on the subject is

That much volume is not really beneficial for a natty, but I like to lift and lifting is a fun hobby for me, and if you're not experiencing overtraining symptoms, then you are not overtraining. So it's safe.

Problem with SS is that a rep range of 5 is simply not ideal for hypertrophic gains, first of all, second of all, it's not enough volume.

Obviously you don't need to superset shit for hours like a retard like me (unless you are roiding, then go ahead, you will get fucking huge), but lifting for 30 minutes 3 times a week won't do shit.

Hop on any routine that has enough volume, 8-12 rep range, and has you in the gym 6 days a week and you will look and feel better in no time bro.

If you want to be strong, and not make as much gains in the size of your muscles (bodybuilding) then a strength routine is fine for you, ideal even, just so starting strength

Only been seriously working out for the past 3 months, started at the gym but too autistic to handle it.
I'm just doing body weight exercises sporadically throughout the day -- I've drastically improved from just being able to do negative pullups to to 5 real pullups per set.

Should I actually go to the gym or just stick to bodyweight stuff until i actually approach bro level?

For someone who wants more strength, mass, strength endurance, and to drop a few pounds quickly, a bodybuilding thing that isn't a big hodgepodge of fucking nonsense is more appropriate.
