I am doing Smolov jr. for bench. I just finished 2nd week, but due to christmass I am already one day behind and probably will miss two or three days (not workout days, just days). Is there any way I should adjust the program, or should I start week 3 normally?

They hate chess because it's complete information skill based game. Basically it messes with their fantasies of a noob beating a skilled player through luck or persistence or some other anime scenario because that never happens in chess. It's also hard to git gud. /fit/ is a much better place.
