Hard to tell, and I'm not a surgeon in any way, however - hair transplants to hide that stupid forehead, eyelid reduction surgery, a nose job, perhaps a little lift just to raise everything up. I'm guessing too that his teeth are fucked. I mean, he'll still probably be a way off being a stunner, but you could improve him 1000x over quite easily.

Yes, under certain circumstances. If you look ugly simply because you're gaunt and drawn and have a thin neck, then obviously filling out will help enormously. Like, more than you realise.

If you have a Jew nose or a shitty jaw or fucked eyes, then no, they'll still be there even if you get a God-like body.


Also amazes me how many people lift and get a great body but don't even fix their flaws that are easy as fuck to correct. Loads of guys out there with great physiques who are white and pasty as fuck, have bad skin, shit hair, no fashion sense, and on and on. This stuff is simple to get right, and costs very little money.
