Fuck you. You have no fucking idea how hard I worked to unlearn over 25 years of bad eating habits and a sedentary life style. You have no idea how it feels to fail miserably almost ten times, always gaining back the weight I managed to loose. My only coping mechanism has been food. I literally work 24/7 to pursue my dreams of getting my PhD, while still trying to change my habits. The sad part is that food fucking works to relieve stress, and it sure as fuck is easier to gurgle down 5 pints of B&J than going for a jog outside during a rainy day.

But I fucking made it in the end. I did it regardless of how many times I managed to fail. I always tried again. And you have the fucking guts to judge me? You fucking piece of human garbage. Your failings are not about genetics or society just not accepting you as a fat slob. You, and you alone, are accountable for your state in life. Especially when it comes to the only fucking thing you truly own in this world, namely your body. You are a disgrace to the whole human race.
