I've hit the point where I'm too fat to gain any more weight and need to cut.

I think I'm going to just run Gnuckols programs while I cut from around 200 to 170-175, in specific 3x Int Bench, 2x Beg Squat and 1x Beg Deadlift and hope to maintain and maybe slightly improve my mediocre lifts.

I'd theoretically like to walk around at 95kg, but where I am now I need to lose a large amount of this fat I'm carrying purely because I feel and look like a fatass and that's impacting me mentally. Once I cut down to a lean enough weight and start slowly gaining again I think everything will turn out right. Didn't find anywhere more appropriate to ask so I think this thread is the right on cause it seems there are many experienced lifters here. Anyways I have been using a routine that a poster named Trappy-chan used to post in his threads some months ago(pic related). It helped me very much cause I was pretty much stuck in a weird place not knowing what to do. Right now my stats with it are : BP 3x5 85kg, OHP 3x5 65kg, Pendlay Rows 3x5 85kg, Squat 3x5 120, DL 1x5 140kg. The thing is I have been cutting and I feel exhausted the past few weeks and each rest day is precious to me and I barely manage to complete my workouts so I'm stuck with this stats for 2 weeks. So I was thinking if it's the right time to switch to something else like 5/3/1(4 day bodybuilder template) cause it really caught my attention or I will try one month more pushing my hardest and take whatever gains I have(something like +5kg on bench mainly and a little bit on the others) with these programs. I know my stats are pathetic compared to most lifters and are not concedered ENOUGH to do something like 5/3/1 but I don't know anymore, I don't know if it's the cutting or I'm just not made/good enough to lift so some guidance would be deeply appreciated. Yes, but in a regular OHP you end up leaning back subconsciously, turning it into more of a horizontal press.

You can't really do that with the z-press so you have to use the shoulder's full range of motion if that makes sense.
