Yep, that's him. I assume he is 105KG or above? I didn't see him in my flight.

People had some pretty meme tier benches in my flight desu. I opened higher than literally everyone in my flight finished aside from the one 105KG guy. Was a tard though and chose to try for a PR (162.5KG) instead of just going for what I was going to do for a second attempt. Went something like:

Bench
140KG - no lift on technicality, was opening so light that I wasn't paying much attention
140KG - good lift, was going to go for 150KG, but apparently they were being lame at this meet and not allowing you to change your attempts
162.5KG - no lift, barely missed it because of nasty hand off, would've been a 2.5 pound PR compared to my PR for just pausing based off of feel (like a second on the chest).

Deadlift
185KG - Good lift
205KG = Good lift
215KG - Good lift

Won my age division because meme reasons. I am not even sure anyone showed up in my age division desu.

Yeah, originally I was going to do the singles on T/Sat, but I changed it. Also after I started doing the singles I dropped Saturday to only 4x3 for fatigue purposes (keep the volume around the same as previously, but higher frequency with heavy weights), since I'll be working with heavy (for me) weights 3x a week, it should be fine.

Pretty much everything that works the hamstrings through hip extension, except focus on squeezing your glutes really hard. Swings are good, SLDLs are good, sumo SLDL starting from the floor is great. Clean grip reverse lunges (meme sounding exercise, but really worth trying). Romanian deadlifts are also really solid, pull throughs are also good. It depends on preference and what you find tends to have carry over. Obviously the barbell stuff will be heavier supplemental type, while single leg/DB and stuff are more assistance/accessory type.
