Well,my situation with spondy could escalate quite drastically and would require a fusion of the spine via bolts.
My pain is pretty much on my erectors tho,overextending and hyperextending hurts.
I have found an article about si joint pain on rts that is helping a bit but nothing seems to fix this for good.

It's good to have at least somewhat realistic expectations because then you won't be too discouraged when you don't even get close. I'd be surprised if even with great training and diet Esme pulls over 150 by August.
