Ok. In my working sets (70-80%) it feels easier at the top and hard off the floor, but whenever I go above like 90% the lockout is hard, but I've never actually failed a life at lockout before. If it has any effect, I don't round my back below 90%, but I round a bit above 90

Keep doing it, wear wrist wraps, work on bringing your grip in over time.

Do some basic shoulder stretches to keep loose. Also when you set up you want to swing under and pull up tight bringing your shoulder blades together like you're pinching a penny.

You're not doing your form any favours squatting like a hobo who got a gym pass to keep warm. Your jeans could easily limit knee mobility.

Alongside weak bracing it looks like youre not sitting back far enough, which is why your hips pop backwards as you go through the sticking point.

If you're not already, make sure you're pulling the floor apart with your feet and keep your head in a neutral position (no looking up) throughout the movement.

Do some paused reps to practice keeping tight at depth.
