But, touch and go is good for overloading, and a lot of people do it in the offseason.

I've also seen people pause the first rep, then touch and go the rest.

Opened squats at 175, got ez
182.5 was ez
Got stuck with 192.5 and grinded for a few seconds before my GDE kicked in and I failed

Opened bench at 100 because shoulder felt like glass, it was RPE 0
Went to 110 and got it ez, I really should have gone heavier as on the platform with a good hand off I had zero pain and felt like 120 was there

Dropped my dl opener to 202.5, ez
212.5, felt hard
220, got it easy and held it like ten seconds at the top

Hindsight tells me I should've taken my squat down to 190, cut depth a bit and bumped my other two lifts another 10-15kg

I still had a lot of fun though, hanging out with my buddy that killed the 66s was nice and so was meeting some cool lifters

Maybe next time I won't leave my best lifts in da gym ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Glad I went to the gym today Tbh, took a lot longer than usual due to the like 30 minutes of stretching, the bench was tough because lmaonoarch and I had strap up for deadlifts, in addition to rounding upper back quite a bit more than I normally would.

But I still accomplished everything I was supposed to, all around positive experience.

There was a morbidly obese lady who came to my gym who was friends with the owner. It's a small gym and she made everyone stop lifting for a minute to announance her journey of weight loss and now she was restarting her life. Everyone in my gym likes to use the only good bench, when there are plenty of utility benches going unused, to do leg raises.
I don't know why, but everyone except me does these, all on the only bench with a rack.
They work between my bench sets just to do these leg raises.

Your cues are just all wrong. It is from my experience, which you should take with a very large pinch of salt, that your hip hinging is all off. Practice bending forward until your hamstrings activate, sit your butt back as you do it. As soon as you feel the tension bend your knees and reach down for the bar. You need to learn bracing cues for your upper and lower back and core. Much to be done.

Everyone is telling you it's a cue issue, but I had the same problem. Did some SSB/Front squats twice a week with high volume for 6 weeks, then I could deadlift without a seriously rounded back.

Yeah, I know I look really lanky. I'm 5'11 185 lbs for reference. Around 15" arms while flexed and 25" thighs. I think also since I have very long arms/legs for my height it makes them look smaller too.

I'll admit, perhaps I was wrong. Here's my deadlift run down in case if helps.

The reason for this is because this is the widest stance I can take without scratching my shins up on the knuckling.
