Ultra long long femur guy here.

It enables you to narrow your feet and hitting depth feels easier, even to the point of maybe squatting too deep, since the perception of depth can be altered a lot. Went from chucks to Adipowers and never looked backed. I think long femurs guys with medium to narrow stance will benefit the most. Just use smaller plates for lmao1 plate squat and feel the difference.

It might just be because I have pretty long femurs, but if I take my heels off the ground slightly with my wide stance, I can get some knee travel and stay pretty upright with a bodyweight squat.

It's not something I'd want others to run, but I might post it after my first run through. Noticing things I might have to change with regards to fatigue distribution throughout the week, and volume/intensity arrangements on a daily and weekly basis. What I have now is basically just a starting point after havinig read the manual, and I expect the program to evolve a bit as I do more cycles.

I changed some of the exercises out. More shoulder work, paused deadlifts/squats. A little less bench and lowbar volume because my shoulder has been tender.

That and changing the structure. I started it about 14 weeks out from my meet, so I arranged it into three blocks of 5, 5 and 4 weeks instead of one 9 week program.
