Well, there's a reason why the vast majority uses split jerk instead of the squat jerk. You need a lot more mobility in your shoulders to be able to squat jerk. The squat jerk requires less explosiveness(the part where you use leg drive to move the bar up), but more strength, because you need to overhead squat the weight instead of just standing up from the lunge position.

Because you can get by with split jerking. You just can't be competitive if you split clean or snatch, sadly.

It's not uncommon for weightlifters with good technique to be able to rack split jerk their max front squat (seriously).

It's very uncommon for anybody who's at a high level to clean their max front squat.

It's usual that if you have ideal technique, the clean will be limiting you. Note that even if you clean a weight and fail the jerk, this does not mean you are limited by the jerk. It is often that the clean was too fatiguing for you to properly jerk it. If it was a rack jerk, the lift would be made.

So my point is:
- Split jerking is not going to limit your clean + jerk, since if you have good technique it's the clean that gets you.

The no feet no contact snatches are to train getting under the bar and keeping the bar close, which I kinda suck at. I don't back squat because of back issues and because I don't think it helps me with snatching and cleaning as much as front squatting does. Every time I increase my front squat, my clean goes up. Haven't noticed the same correlation with back squatting. I can pause front squat 130kgs, don't see a reason why I should not continue getting stronger. I don't do many pulls because my max deadlift is 160kgs.

You have a 62kgx2 snatch. You don't need to train getting under the bar and keeping the bar close. You need to train snatching/snatch pulls. The end. Doing meme tier exercises is for advanced lifters looking to correct minor flaws in their already advanced technique. Should you front squat? Hell yes, but your front squat is only 136kg.....you don't need to be doing paused front squats. Its hard on your knees for no good reason. Throw some paused front squats in once you are over 200kg front squat and even then the majority of your front squatting should be regular, not paused. Back squatting gets you strong all over, it is THE weightlifting exercise. Do it at least once a week. Don't see a reason why you should not keep getting stronger? Duh! Beginners have little need fucking around with corrective exercises. Just focus more and be conscious of what you're doing in the lifts.

You can do high pulls to help train keeping the bar close, along with constant cueing (elbows up, pull the bar into neck). Note that high pulls aren't a corrective exercise, they're just practicing a portion of the lift.

It's also been said that it's uncommon for people to have issues pulling under. It's usually something else in the technique that is flawed, and consciously pulling yourself under the bar is often not the issue, or at least not the most elegant solution.

That looks better. Waaay better. I would train snatch balances at least once a week at percentages of your max snatch, not just warm up. I hate snatch balances but they really helped me sit in to the squat at the bottom/getting under the bar. So like, warm up etc.. 70% (of max snatch) 3x3 80% 3x3 85% 3x2 90% 2x2. Thats just an example, fuck around with reps in the 1-3 range, and sets in the 1-3 range for all your exercises, apart from the clean and jerk cause it takes too much out of you. You might want to add in some cleans without the jerk for reps, just to work technique as well as strength. Also, maybe throw in some 5x5 strict press once a week for the lulz.
