I think I finally learned how to stretch reflex out the bottom of the squat. I used to do them in a very controlled manner, so it was a slow descent and pretty weak out the bottom. Well, today I was already on the second part of squats (sheiko #30 W4D1) and decided to go just slow enough to to consider it a divebomb. AND THE SQUATS FELT WONDERFUL.
Why did nobody tell me this earlier? Squatting is no longer hellish now, even with my shit proportions. Hell, I think I might even be -looking forward- to my next session.

I do band pullaparts and dislocates frequently throughout the day, then I also try to do a quick stretch routine before bed every night, but realistically about 4x a week.

Spotted a good friend of mine to his first 5 plate squat today.

Previous to my cut, I was at 550 raw, 570 wrapped at 219 ish (225 out of meet).

After cut, and shifting training to 3-4 am because of newborn son, I set my "Wendler Building the Monolith Training Max" at 365 ish.

Sounds SUPER low, but after a 20+ lb cut and early morning training sessions, it feels just fine for hypertrophy :)

Playing Path of Exile and listening to podcasts, was pretty comfy. Played D2 all week and not having to click gold every time I kill something improved the quality of life way more than I would of thought.

If you have issues with grip on deadlift you should use some chalk. I'm only at 345x5 for DL (yea I'm a super weakshit) but ever since I started using chalk grip has been a non-issue.

I can confirm the 'TRY HARDER' meme actually works. It works especially well on deadlifts too.

Oh yeah, I use chalk and it helps loads. Usually grip feels bad on last warmup (50-60 lbs below set) but the chalk makes it fine (knock on wood).

The developer treat it with so much love and attention and are also incredibly skilled in the genere. A lot of ideas and creativity and solid background in many things.

Currently I am a little soaked up by tree of savior though - letting RO nostalgica flow through me.
When I'm done with that I'm likely going for a freeze pulse crit shadow - was always my favorite build.
