If you want a concrete goal, aim for 100 burpees in 5 minutes.

Start with sets of 30-60 seconds, aiming for 1burpee/3seconds.

By the time you can go for 5 mins straight, you will have decent body composition

Grandpa! Does your caretaker know that you're on the receptionist's computer?

Stay where you are. We'll be there in 10 minutes.

I'm not sure what "sufficient" might mean for your particular situation.

But 20–30 minutes of continuous brisk walking 3–6 days a week should have noticeable health benefits. You might try and work a two hour walk in once a week, schedule permitting.

One of the best things you can do for your health, absolutely shit in terms of cardio. If humans used a lot of energy walking we would have gone the way of the dodo.

10000 steps minimum a day. Light loads (shopping) is good

Nope. Watch the latest Pokemon Go commercial. They say catching Pokemon will get you ripped.

You don't know anything, and now you're jealous that gamers like me who trained for years will now beat your sorry ass in the arcade AND in the gym.
