p90x is fine but if you think you're going to actually look like any of the people from the videos/promotional materials you're in for a rude awakening. It's really just cardio/calisthenics, so you might as well just start running and doing push-ups/pull-ups/sit-ups instead.
As for the diet I have no experience with it but it's probably juts overcomplicated meme bullshit. If you're trying to lose weight just eat low cal high protein.

Honestly their yoga video is great, fantastic for stretching and being more limber in general. The ab workout is also good if you don't have a good place for abs in your routine.

Ammo is hard to find, trigger suck balls, the mags are hard to load, and if you arent willing to pay the tax stamp and wait 6 months, you have to have that long ass barrel, ruining the whole spacegun aesthetic.

Besides that, it is fun to shoot, and makes a good subgun for plinking if you already have an FN FiveseveN and are buying the ammo anyway.
