it's ticked over midnight, "today" i am squatting 106kg for 3x5, ohping 48kg for 3x5, sumo deadlifting 130kg 2x5. and benching 71kg for 2x5, followed by accessories for fun.

"yesterday" i squatted 106kg for 3x5, Benched 71kg for 3x5, con deadlifted 110kg 2x5 and DB rowed 42kg for 3x5. followed by incline bench (3x5@50), legpress (3x10@72) and chest flies(3x10@42) as accessories, going to raise the accessory weight each time until i can't do a full set.

I have been conventional deadlifting recently, now it has a tested 5 rep max of 120kg and i know i can do more, compared to my sumo's 140kg. should i try and get them even and then focus work on whichever one is weakest, or work them evenly and just allow whichever one is more naturally strong to over take the other?

Thoughts on weighted chins? I did weighted pull ups for awhile, but the program I'm on had me switch, these are much easier in the sense you can add weight quicker. The grip style makes no difference to me now, I feel. When does my back get jacked from these? I feel dyel despite it being a good lift for me.

honestly i train triceps and biceps every workout for 4-5 sets of 8-15 reps so hit them 4 times a week. just be consistent with your accessories so its not a factor of change but your programming is. there is no need to go heavy on them since backtraining and pressing already takes care of the heavy stuff so keep to cable extensions but occasionally you can do some more taxing stuff like db skullcrushers
