It should work. The 28 programs tend to be more powerlifting oriented, the strength training stuff is more general. If its anything like the version I was doing though you'll need to eat like a motherfucker. The volume on it can be pretty rough.

IPF drug tests are actually pretty good. Obviously they're not the best in the world but they're solid at picking up a lot of people who thought they were safe.

The problem is - and almost always has been - actually doing enough legitimate testing to give the program fangs. Some national affiliates are hardcore about it, some are sloppy/broke/stretched thin and some are as bent as the chinese Olympic testing team.

It was hard. It took my squat from 300x1 to 295x3. I switched to sumo for the first time for the last cycle so I can't really say how it affected my deadlift though. I did pull 350x5 sumo at the end and it moved much easier than that ever did conventional fwiw.
