I think I might have fucked up. I have been lifting nothing but 3-5 reps max with insanely high weight for a few years now, but my muscles barely look bigger. I just now am starting to realize "hey maybe I should incorporate more volume in." Will running a Test E cycle help me plump the fuck up and actually look a bit better? As it stands now, my muscular endurance is shit and trying to do high volume even at lower weight makes me fail pretty quickly, and the recovery time feels like ages compared to high intensity.
