Please do me a favour and ask bodorio to explain sitting between the legs and not over the legs when squatting. This has finally clicked for me and changed how I squat.
This is important because I no longer shoot up with the the hips and cause myself to cave in my knees. As your knees are far out to allow yourself to sit in between the legs it's easier to control them to stay out.

It's hard to explain, get Phil to explain it because Phil has completed the final puzzle piece of my squat.

Looks like we're not going down that rabbit hole anyway, since you're set on being wrong.

Narrow stance allows you to close your knee joint without much movement required from the hip. That's not necessarily depth that's just knee flexion. If you want actual depth in terms of femur relative to floor, wider stance is necessary. Less knee travel, hips farther back, butthole closer to floor.

As you get wider, femur parallel requires less knee flexion and more hip flexion.

I clean it with cold water and using a boar bristle brush everyday, warm wash every other days or so.
