My name is Anon. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing Lowbar Squats. I can do 5 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Then I head off to the gym to run week 4 of Canditos 6 week intermediate. Squats felt a little hard but I pushed through the them, bench felt a little hard but I pushed through them, deadlifts felt a little hard but I pushed through them, then I did curls, lateral raises, face pulls, rows, dumbbell bench press, some seated press, some planks and ab roller and finally leg curls then I set off back home.
At night I enjoyed a nice meal of spaghetti and meatballs and kicked back and watched television. I watched some top gear while finishing off last nights half can of beer (I can only handle half a can a day) and then I sorted and ironed all my clothes for the morning then brushed my teeth and went to sleep on time to wake up for another day of lifting.

I'd do curls one day, rows the next, ~3 sets. Skip it here and there and it's not a big deal. I took Perryman's advice and did no squatting on deadlift days.

General answer would be to drop intensity slightly and bring up the volume. Bringing up total volume seems to be the answer for bench far more often than it is for squat or deadlift.

Do Spoto Bench with 2-4s pauses on light day, instead of just benching lighter. 3x5 or 3x3 doesn't matter.
Paused reps are great for endurance, and they're gonna make you more explosive out of the bottom.

On volume day, stick to 5x5. You can also try stuff like 3x5 + 2x8, for example.
I'd suggest closegrip bench or board bench instead of dips, simply because of specificity. Might help a bit.

Add 1kg instead of 2kg to the bench on ID.

If none of that works, you can work on your 2RM on ID for a while, instead of 3RM. Keep the same weight you're using currently, using the same weekly increments, and just do 2 reps. It's gonna be RPE 8-8.5 at first, but it's gonna give you some break from grinding reps before it reaches RPE 9.5-10 again.

also I would imagine a little less of a worry about torn biceps and shit from over-under is nice. plus if your grip is just one less thing to worry about, that's always good. Best number you can hit without form breakdown. It's not unusual to have a much bigger disparity with your deadlift training max because for people like me it's hard to be picture perfect at anywhere near my max (like 90%) than, say, squat, where I pr with decent form and minimal breakdown.
