I've done it before, twice per week. Last spring, my schedule was:

Mon/Thu: squat (legs)
Tue/Fri: deadlift+bench (chest+back)
Wed/Sat: press (shoulders+arms)

Just for giggles.
It went ok, but my deadlift didn't grow like I wanted it to. Consider that you could fit in deadlifting with ~10% more weight, and it doesn't seem so reasonable.

If I were in your position, I'd go for Bulgarian or get another hobby.

When your snatch fails to improve (for example), it isn't always because you have a problem with the snatch itself. As such, doing more snatches isn't often the answer.

You might need to strengthen some muscles or body function/movement pattern. You might need to practice only a specific portion of the full lift. If all you do are snatches, cleans, jerks, and squats, it becomes almost impossible to correct weak links.

As far as exercise selection, I could probably do what I'm doing now. Main movement, variation of main, rehab/prehab, weakness(if more needed than), fluff/fun.

Thing is there is a difference from programming intelligently and just writing down some hard shit and if you can do it you can do it.
If I wrote down "do 10x5 at 85% 3 days a week" of course you'd get stronger if you can handle it. Doesn't mean it's a good program.
Using the excuse "well if you cant do it guess you're just shit haha it's a good program you're just bad" doesn't work.
Sheiko made a smart program to cycle through volume and difficulty in a way that everyone can do and make gains on. THAT is good programming.

Because what people can do with good form is more accurate to their current strength than those willing to go full catback and hitching it or whatever just to finish the rep, compared to those who aren't willing to push through awful form breakdown to finish a rep (obviously the smarter group when pertaining to training). Training maxes are a more reliable metric from which you can calculate. It's just more accurate.

Any tips on low bar positioning? I've switched to it but it still feels very uncomfortable. It feels as if I'm about to trip over or the bar is about to fall or some shit.

I try to put it above my shoulder blades on my delts but I can't find that sweet spot, despite squeezing and tensing my upper back.

Thats twice a week. What do you recomend me? I've stalled from 85 to 95 several times.
