and told me I was overtucked.

in 3 weeks I've added ~50 pounds to my bench, PRed twice each workout, and tripled my prior PR in the same work out, and dieting down right now.

if you say that RTS is the next meme program ur assuming that there is some defined program. No such thing exist and Mike T himself says that RPE and such should be used as helpful guidelines and principles to apply to your own training. These ideas could (and in my opinion often do) lead to smarter programming but not in a way that its gonna lead to a magical cookie cutter program.

cookie cutter means that its like a set routine and you can plug in numbers, like sheiko or c6w and that these are applicable to everyone (or at least a large part of the population).

you could theoretically set up a "cookie cutter" routine that is based off RTS principles but its not gonna be magic or good for everyone. Look up Mike T's post off this generalized intermediate template, he explains what i mean way better.

If you've been progressing, then don't change it, but have you tried doing more volume? If you're doing triples on VD you should be doing around 7-8 sets.

Other than that, we rented a cabin in estes park and it came fully furnished, as well as with cooking stuff and a hot tub. Was a great trip and our huskies had a blast.

That's awesome. I only went to CO once, and I loved it. Went to RMNP and that has got to be my favorite vacation spot. Something something high in CO.
