What's the point in editing contrast/gamma for defitinition, and taking these pics in weird side/overhead lighting and shit? I thought point of these threads was honest feedback, which would be useless for you if it's based in misleading photo. But I guess compliments from random strangers is more important to some.

SS is a great start for lifting no matter what your goal is, teaches form on the 3 main compound lifts (which should be included in any plan - strength, bodybuilding or otherwise) and allows you to gather good newb CNS and muscle development.

Started gym last december, been doing chest day, shoulder day etc muscle group stuff.
Started Stronglifts 5x5 3 weeks ago
I work out every 2. day
3 sets and 7-12 reps of everything below:
Standing shoulder press
DB press on flat bench
Pushups on DBs with legs ~15inches above the floor
Situps with weight on chest - frontal ones and side ones
another one, in case lighting was too good on the other one
hopefully 180 by july 4th
taking it slow and clean
trying to get into some kind of ottermode or whatever, or at least grow a bigger chest god fucking damn it at least smaller nipples
