As a general outfit, it matches (maybe except that belt). But the fit on them is horrendous and part of that is because you need to lose weight pal.

Jeans are very loose, very long, and doesn't exactly promote your build type. Shirt is okay but wear a compression shirt to hide your gyno man boobs. An OCBD would be better and more professional while still keeping it casual. I'm not sure if your socks have a design but they look like they've been marinated in urine for a week. Just buy black underwear and socks, not that hard and they match with everything.

In sum, WORK OUT AND LOSE WEIGHT, more tapered and shorter pant lenght, wear a compression shirt. Unless you are older, appear older, or going into a formal setting don't tuck in your t shirt, especially for you. Look into OCBDs (like uniqlo or something from the mall) and a tailer near you.
