I'm nineteen and up until last year I shampoo'd every day for about 10 years. There's an adjustment period. Quitting cold turkey, your hair will be greasy every morning when you wake up for about 2 weeks. Then it will slowly decrease and you'll be okay.

Otherwise, you could use an alternative, or shampoo/conditioner every other day. A friend of my started shampooing/conditioning with Hanz De Fuko 5/week, then 4/week, then 3/week, etc. Now he washes his hair twice a week.

I started using a hair cleaning oil by a company called shehvoo and it works pretty well. Not sure about it as I've only had it for about a month, but it apparently doesn't remove anything from your hair but dirt and sweat, because it's oil.

Currently, I wash my hair with Hanz De Fuko shampoo/conditioner once a week and use the oil twice a week.This works like a charm for me and my hair is very healthy now.

i havent used shampoo since high school. im a senior in college.
what i did was i had just started using less shampoo every shower. just go down slowly until you have barely enough to get sunds on your entire scalp (if your hair is long dont bother with the tips of your hair at this point) then only shampoo every other shower, then do twice a week, etc. then at some point you can just stop.
if you can, do it in the winter and just stick with a hat whenever you can. if anyone comments, 'dude, ive been wearing a hat all day' will suffice. or if you cant, (say, dress code at work) do it in the summer, and youll be all sweaty anyways.

it also possible that your personal scalp might just not work with this style, but theres only one way to find out.

Firstly get your hair to be more healthy looking
Redken shampoo and conditioner (sulfate free).
Use argan oil every other wash (cold press).
get a leave in conditioner I use mixed chicks.
don't comb with a fine comb use wide tooth comb if you want to comb.
start drying hair with paper towels/cotton shirt. don't use towels, maybe microfibre but can't confirm. .

IF you want to style it get a creme like bumble and bumble.

It's called a fucking undercut because there's a huge shift in length (meaning long on top short on the sides). A disconnected undercut means there's only one clipper length used on the sides and back; no fading or tapering.
2.) if you like the way it looks, just keep it. the cut goes back to the early 1900s for a good reason.
3.) go through at least 3 months of looking like an asshole because you won't be able to get a new cut for at least that long until the sides and back grow in more.

Go to Sally or some other beauty supply store and ask someone there to help you pick out supplies. You'll want a mixing bowl, application brush, gloves, developer, bleach powder and toner to prepare your hair to dye. Leave the bleach and toner in as long as possible to get it really white before dyeing. As for the actual color, I can recommend loreal smoky Blue.
Leave the dye in for about 30 minutes to get the best pastel blue/grey. If you do for longer than that, it'll be a royal blue for a few weeks then fade into the color you want, which is fun to do but entirely up to you. Buy color safe shampoo/conditioner and try to shampoo your hair as irregularly as you can get away with to make the color last.

And as for the beard, it looks better shaped than I thought it would judging from the first picture, but you still shaved it way too far up the chin. Let it grow down to the point where your neck meets your head but high enough so that if you look straight at yourself in the mirror, you wouldn't be able to see any hair on your neck.

Unfortunately though, it doesn't look possible for you to pull this off right now without looking like a neckbeard due to the fat under your chin, so loose some weight first then try again.
