The workout isn't what makes someone "too big" - overeating is. Food determines your body size, the workout determines your body composition. So intense weightlifting is the most appropriate routine for anyone whose goal is to look better; just eat to stay at your ideal bodyweight.

you're not gonna get "too big" overnight anyway. Trust me, no one's gone to sleep a skelly and woken up an Arnold
>>12001137
dont eat too much, 3 meal a day with maybe 1 snack. occasionally do minor ab worksouts like 6 inches, planks, and run.
don't listen to fit, really isn't good for clothes, best body for clothes is a lean skinny one
>>12001412
are you sure about that
tfw skinny skinny fat
im really skinny in my arms like a twig and i definitely dont look like the typical skinny-fat, but everywhere is still kinda pudgy esp round my lower back (love handles and shit). i both want to gain adn lose weight, should i just start lifting and gradually everything will sink up?
>tfw want to go back to lifting
>clothes wont fit anymore if i do
I don't want to buy a new wardrobe.
>>12001412
Yeah, I'll trust you on that..

Do crunches, planks and Russian twists.. you'll see your mid section look more defined and less round..
>>12002273
I can vouch for this, lost ~30lbs in a summer doing this in addition to running and some diet change

I'm objectively skinny (76kg/6ft) and already regular shirts don't fit me properly cos of back gains, it's proper annoying.
Am comited to the gains however, so am just going to go all drapey ninja. Fuck shirts.
