Depends what else you put in it I guess. Tea itself is basically 0 calories but other things can add up.
I used to have 5 sugars but I've cut down to 2 tsps and 4tbsp of milk which is around 70 calories or something so I've only really been having it as an occasional treat.

Some people have to eliminate all sweet things but fruit to get over the craving. Others can eat small portions of sweets infrequently and be satisfied. Sometimes if you completely stop sugar for a while, then you can eat a little once in a while and not suffer cravings.

Whatever works is fine but it ultimately comes down to wanting the weight loss over wanting to eat lots of sweets.

My advice for the length issue is to go to a brand botique or department store that has tailoring, like Nordstroms, and they sell pants that are really long and then you just tailor them to the correct length and put the original bottom back on. So a 30w34l would be no problem.

Have you tried IF? Some people seem to think it helps with cravings.
Also keeping a tub of prepared vegetables in the fridge or something can be useful for low calorie but filling snacking. That works quite well for me since if I went to the hassle of cutting and weighing things, it kind of guilts me into eating what I've prepared rather than eating something else.

Vitamin C is not generally a problem to go over on since it's water-soluble. You piss that stuff out easy. You'd have to ingest a crazy amount very quickly for it to really be a problem. Vitamin A on the other hand, not something you can just piss out since it's fat-soluble. It's still generally hard to OD on most vitamins, especially at a tiny thinspo caloric limit.

If you're worried just go easy on it for a bit and try to get more calcium and vitamin D in your diet. But I woudn't even worry about having too much vitamin C.

I guess around 115/120. I got to 122 when I lived in Berlin for 6 months and could just focus on loss, so 115 is quite optimistic. But honestly, I think that when you're in a place and you're just chilling out, like I was in Berlin, it actually becomes harder to lose weight because you become obsessed and food takes over your mind. Whereas now that I'm at uni it's becoming easier because I can focus on other things and the weight loss is a side project which somehow makes it easier. Then again, I think there's a good chance that my therapist will tell me if I don't stop losing I'll have to get much much more intense mental health treatment which I don't really want, so there are difficulties here too.
