no, not if youre eating 2000 kcal now. should be a deficit on what your body needs per day, not what you eat per day now. otherwise you could still be gaining weight if you eat 1800, but only burn 1600 per day.

I've been eating a low carb diet for two years. Best way to go. You don't need them.

I eat shit (literally eating a small kebab box almost every day at uni) but when i do i choose to only eat something like a couple pieces of fruit for the rest of the day
altertatively i might eat two moderately sized healthier home-cooked meals instead
lost 10kg in the last 3 months and im not even going hard and i've quit the gym 2 months ago
