The dragons are usually humanoid enough for me, but the other furry stuff is too far. I think it helps that Shyguy9 has a unique style, instead of the really bright children's cartoon mimicing style some furry artists use.

It's still the arrangement they've come to. Kattu makes money by selling the comic and funnels most (or all, depending on how few people actually buy it) back to tsavo to pay for the next comic.

I agree that it's stupid (especially on tsavo's part), but I guess it's only fair that the writer gets paid as well. At least I assume he does all the writing, since he phrased it as "help me create new stories". It's just weird that the writer is the one who can theoretically come out on top here (if a lot of people buy the comic, tsavo won't get paid more but conversely he'll still get his pay if it sells like ass which it probably will), considering people come for the art not the story.

Considering the comic would have to make 80 individual sales just to break even, I'm not really sweating Kattu making large profits off of my work. Even if this comic does begin to turn a profit, I can't imagine it would be of any value that would make me feel wronged.

While I do make some money off of commissions, it's not my livelihood, and I already draw most of my pieces at a loss, compared to just how much time it takes me as an artist to deliver them. I could invest that time into my real job and make faaaar more, but I enjoy vore, and I like doing commissions. It's not my ideal world to make paywall content, but if somebody can't afford it, or needs the help to afford commissions, I'm easy going. It just doesn't bother me.
