Karbo is an AMAZING artist. One of the best. But they only ever do THE SAME DAMNED THING. Granted, they are very good at this thing, but holy hell does it get bland quickly. If chef Gordon Ramsey cooked me a steak for dinner every single day, I'd eventually desire for something else. Not trash like some quick drive though shit, but something different. A restaurant with one item on the menu isn't a very good restaurant, ya know? Baskin Robins has 32 flavours at any given time. McDongle's only has imitation vanilla. Where would you rather get your dairy indulgence?

Not him but I grew fairly bored of his art style; mainly of his faces. I know anime is supposed to have same face but Karbo's feels worse to the point that all of his characters might as well be the same person in cosplay. Despite he's experimenting with different things, it just tends to still feel samey to me.
It wouldn't hurt to at least incorporate some different eye shapes and facial structure, given the fact he's clearly very capable of it with his very old work.

From personal experience, it's the least pleasant part of the fetish to draw. I like swallowing, especially love multiple panels of swallowing where the struggle is played out.
Even with those within my tastes, I frequently stay away from swallowing because my brain hates dealing with it.

In my experience, it gets easier to make more believable swallow poses when you think specifically about bone structure. Unless the pred is completely elastic, there are two points of bone separation that must occur to swallow large objects: one, the jaw has to unhinge. Two, the ribcage and collarbone have to split: I prefer them splitting down the front and bending outwards, which noticeably moves boobs sideways. The other method is two splits down the side, pushing the entire front cage up and in front of the prey.

It's all realistic, but swallowing very rarely looks good. The human face is not designed to consume another human, and because we use faces to identify other humans, a messed up human face can very easily take us from "sexy" to "weird". When other parts of the body (like, say, the lower torso region) we're much more accepting of it, because those regions are not crucial "human" points in our minds.

For a good example, look at how many more people are comfortable with catgirls, who have a 100% human face, that furry girls, which very from maybe 80% human to like 5%.
