For all of you who are interested, there's a slime possession rpg game for mobile (definitely on Android, not sure about IOS) called Ambition of the Slimes. Heads up, English is a little rough because it's from a Japanese developer, but overall I enjoyed it.

Huh, and also apparently on 3ds, but cleaner, in multiple senses.

I would give it a solid 8 to 7/10. It teaches you the basics like the weapon triangle, i.e Fire Emblem; Sword beats Axe beats spear beats etc. and height advantage matters. The difficulty curve is definitely there and in your face in later levels. The length is about 7-8ish worlds with ~6 missions per each world with different difficulty settings offering more challenge for a reward if you complete the world at that difficulty. Overall, the first world goes easy until the final mission there, which becomes somewhat thought-provoking, then it ramps up from there in the next world onward.
In terms of possession, all you get are pixelated animations of slimes going down peoples throats and controlling them, turning their eyes red, and adding them to your troop. During battle confrontations, you get some more developed profile shots of the characters involved. You can get a slime able to dissolve enemy clothing either rendering them in their skivvies (Low Level Melty) or nude (Super Melty), but the nudity is covered sadly, but is still somewhat satisfying.

TL;DR
Basically the game is like Fire Emblem, but your troops are unimaginably weak, you have to possess enemy units to survive. Fairly difficult game I came for the kink and stayed for the ecchi and a longer, decently challenging game.

If you buy the 3DS version, just keep in mind they edited some sprites and made some things more "Kosher" than the mobile version.
